I need to replace my idle air control on my 97 eclipse spyder 2.4 n/t. I need helping finding the location of it and the best way to install it, any help will be much appreciated thank you.

Its really easy. I know its the same, but our cars call it ISC (idle speed controller)

The throttle body should be the same as the 2g. I have included a picture so you know where the iISC is located. There are two bolts holding the ISC in place. Unscrew those, be careful not to drop them, and remove the ISC. There is a O-ring that I recommend replacing. Replace the o-ring and pop the new ISC in. You can do it without removing the TB elbow or TB, but there is less room to work.

goodluck
