Ok, I am looking to do a 4g64 block with a 1st gen head into my 2g. I have been told that all I have to do is change the pistons and bolt the head on and drop the motor in like I am installing any other 4g63. Is this true? Do I need to do anything else to the block before I bolt the head on it? I have been searching the forums but haven't found a direct answer. If any of you have any good info for me please let me know!!!

Try doing a search on --Curts spyder-- he has a detailed description of every thing you need to do. There are 4 oil drain holes on the block that need to pluged.
