I'm upgrading to a full t3 set up, and I was wondering if you guys thought a .48 full t3 housing was too small for a T04S 60-1. Let me know the advantages and disadvantages of this housing mated with the turbo. I've got fp2 cams on the way and plan on rapping out the motor at about 8500. Let me know what you think, thanks~Brandon.

It's not too small for the turbo, but if you plan on going to 8500rpm you definitely don't want that size housing, it will choke. I would get at least the .63.

Well, I'll maybe pull the car to around 8,000 then. Idk if I can get the 60-1 to spool under 4,000rpm with a .63 housing. Plus I can't find one with a damn .63 housing for sale LOL.

Brandon,

I'll sell you my .82 to go along with the O2 housing :thumb: ROFL

By the way, I can't find any "used" 5-bolt .63 housings, either, but there are some 4-bolt ones on eBay.

Lol nice try Jesse. I can't wait to see how the set-up turns out, I found a dsm'er with a .63 a.r. 4bolt housing and he's going to hold it for me until I get paid. I'm buying all this crap for the car and it won't even run LOL, yay for me. I'm hoping for 15psi by 3800rpm, and 30psi by 4500rpm. Jesse hooked me up with an AGP SS o2 housing, and turbonetics manifold/fp2 cams are on the way. I've already got the tial 38mm. I can't wait to see how the car runs...if it ever does.
