Is it normal for the fuel pump to make a winding sound all the time? Also, is it normal to hear the sound outside the car too? Thanks alot. If not, any advice?

so should i rewire mine if so how do i do that? thanksSince we're on the topics of fuel pumps, I was wondering if there are any performance gains after installing a 255 pump on a pretty much stock car with basic bolt ons
Yes my thoughts exactly... that noise is the true heard beatI find the whinning sound to be very reassuring. like a heart beat letting me know my talons still alive. cus theres been a few times where that sound hasnt been heard, an i wasnt moving
