420a turbo still running lean

Having issues with my boost, installed wideband aem at an idle it sets around 11 but when my boost gauge hits 7 psi it becomes so lean it will not register so I hooked up my fmu which is a 12:1 but even with this hooked up the car will still go lean however the car still does not pull like I know it should any ideas.

i have a video if it idling still whating on the fuel cut defender to come in. i am going to also order a after market fpr so what is the best way to check fuel pressure to see if the fmu and fuel pump is working right.
