420A 420A suspension and turbo questions

Not sure if this has been asked, couldn't find it after some searching. But I just bought a 97 Eclipse GS. No mods really, but I don't really know which brands are better than others. Such as I'm looking to replace some of the steering parts, Tie rods, rack and pinion, and such. Same with Turbo, I want to put a turbo on it, but not sure which brand or what all I need to install it. Any help would be amazing! Thanks everyone.

For the turbo conversion. Overall, from the limited stuff Ive glanced over the years, its a headache. If you are project oriented, and dont mind putting a great deal of work into the engine, then go for it. Just do whatever is fun for you.

Just remember that if you do turbo this car it's not going to be as easy as doing it in one weekend and it will be all good. I helped a friend with that project and it took quite a bit of time and tons of money. Just be prepared to have the car parked for awhile. I cant remember all that was involved as I only helped here and there or else I would help you out more

Really.. That's truly the only advice you can give is to sell it.. Why even answer in a 420a section with a stupid ass comment like that.

OP - To answer your question about turbo'ing your 420a, we need to know what your intentions are (ex. power goal, daily driver, what?). Some take the risk of going turbo with a stock motor, while others tend to build the bottom end (our only weak point) as the head can support adequate power.
