420A Rebuild Parts Help

Ok so I am rebuilding my lower end and need some expert advice.

I'm going to need pistons, rings, main bearings, and sleeve bearings.

I am not looking for High Performance, just a good quality and GREAT price.
This is my DD not looking to turbo or anything.

I was looking at either ACL or Kings main bearings, wondering if anyone has used them before

Same with NPR Rings

Also I haven't gotten my block yet but am looking at one that has 184k on it. would I be Safe to use all stock specs??

Also if I was to choose lets say 10 over would I have to have my crank polished down and block honed out for .010

I'd check out modernperformance.com for a nice rebuilt kit. I think it's a fair price for a complete rebuild kit. Also Using stock specs on that block will be fine.

and are there even .010 pistons avaliable for the 420a?

my mistake .010 is factory i think.

and modernperformance.com is way overkill i don't need eagle rods, just some basic stockies

Maybe I'll do it this way so I can have a car to drive.

Can I get away with changing just my bearings and rings for the time being while i work on a new block??

Or even just the Rings??

I'm running 40,160,190,180 left to right so I would assume that my number 1 and 2 couldn't really have a lot of cylinder wear.

I'd say you may need rods if your one pistons compressrion is only 40.. and pistons..

no way to tell what you can get away with until the motors apart.

Well rods and pistons don't have anything to do with my rings be bad.

I just went and got a block today so i'm going to just rebuild it and stop efing around.
