what happens if shit gets down in that hole....I have an extra 90* fitting should I put that in there and leave it open so stuff cant get in there...or does it even matter if stuff gets in there?

7.25psi spring it is!

I don't even think anything will be able to find its way inside that hole. You can put the fitting on, but I wouldn't worry about it.

so since that spring is at 7.25, Can I turn up the boost control all the way???
I have a walbro 255 pump and the Vortech 12:1 FMU at 7.25 this should be okay right? I have an air/fuel gauge, I know they dont respond quickly, but when I floor it it stays In the rich area which should be good.

The turbo doesnt spool up till about 3000 rpm is that normal for a t3/t4 ....is that a big turbo...it seems to have some lagg

With your fuel set-up, you can't go any higher with the boost. While the A/F gauge is basically useless, it does serve a purpose. Like you said, you noticed it stays in the green at WOT. If you ever see it go to the red while boosting get off the pedal immediately!

That spool up time is normal. It's a moderate sized turbo. There are alot of variables, however. The size of the compressor housing and turbine housing for one. As well as the actual compressor wheel, and exhaust turbine. Intercooler pipes have a lot to do with lag, it's not just the turbo. The larger the pipes, the more lag you will experience. 2" should be plenty big. I opted to go with 2.25".(though I didn't need to)
