420a auto flex plate spacer question.

I recently bought a "good healthy 420A" from a member of a local forum. I get the motor in and start it up and i get this.......

I can't seem to pinpoint the noise but i sounds as if it's either coming from the #4 piston area or from the flexplate/torque converter area.

The only thing i can think of that i was not 100% on was with that little spacer for the flexplate. Where is it supposed to go? between the crank and the flexplate or between the flexplate and the flexplate bolts.
i put the spacer between the flexplate and the flexplate bolts. Is that the correct place? or is it wrong and that is why i'm getting the noise?
any help is appreciated.

Where did you end up putting the flex plate spacer? I have heard this before and it ended up being a loose bolt. It could be many things really.

You have it in the correct place. It goes between the bolts and the flexplate.

Ok so it is supposed to go on the outside between the flexplate and the bolts. Hmm then i would have to assume i got screwed on this one then....
I've looked over pretty much everything and that's the only ting i recall being uncertain of.
