ok I just installed a T3 on my 96 gs. I was reving the engine up. Turbo started spooling just fine. My waste gate opened at 5 or 6 psi but I read no positve pressure on my gauge.
My gauge stayes at 18-19 negative vacum. When I give it gas goes close to zero but when the turbo spools it doesn't go above 0. No positive pressure what so ever. Gauge is brand new and is hooked up to the vacum right on top of the throttle control. The car was standing still tho . I was not driving coz I have to fix my FPR. Does anybodies gauge read positive pressure while just standing in one place and rev it up, or do you have to actualy drive and spool a lot harder. ??? Let me know fellas I need some help over here

yes, you have to be moving to have boost, mine will also not read any positive pressure when standing still

No ones will unless you have a studder box . but you dont. there must be a load onthe wheels it had to build boost. the turbo did not spool at idle. go drive it and watch. good luck

well thats very good news.so that leaves me with only one problem. The FPR which I'm sending it to get it overhaled. I have a cool setup I don't think anybody has done that so far. I'll post some pics. thanks again.
