400hp to the engine goal !

I bought a talon tsi 97 and the engine blow up sooo i bought a 6 bolt engine with supposed 60 000 kilometers on it so i bought a rebuild kit ring,valve seals,oil pump,balance shaft elimination kit,cometic head gasket,acl main bearing,head bolt,acl rod bearing.

my talon already had

Evo III turbo 16 psi
660 injector
255 fuel pump
safcII
Big front mount intercooler
blow off who let the air to atmosphere
piping from different size 1.75-2-2.25-2.5
turbosmart boost controller
2.5 exhaust system with cat and dynomax muffler (i dont know if the cat is a high flow or the stock one)
i think i have a 3 inch downpipe
stage 4 clutch 1700 series

my setup i wanted to reach my 400hp to the engine

EIII 16g turbo 22 psi
660 injector
255 fuel pump
sold the safc for 200$ and get dsmlink v3 lite
bfmic
get the air from the blow off into the piping because i dont have a gm maf
2.5 piping for the intercooler
turbosmart boost controller
keep the 2.5 exhaust system because i dont want to see popo in my rear view
external dump tube if possible or keep the stock one
magnus motorsport intake (is it really needed because it cost me really cheap and now i have only the 2g intake mani and the cyclone intake mani)
clutch stage 4 1700 series

would i need something better or something in the 2nd list i dont need really

If your getting link, ditch the 660s and go bigger. You WILL want to upgrade one day, you will not stay happy w "400 crank hp". Just trust me. Spend a little more and get some bigger injectors. If you buy used injectors, pay the 60 bucks for flowtesting and cleaning. Good peace of mind and itll b worth it. Other than that small cahnge id say your goal of 400 to the CRANK is attainable. 400whp? Thats a different story and may require headwork and most definitely cams. Also 400whp from a evo16g would need one bad ass intercooler(think ETS), a cold night, and luck to not knock bad on pump gas at the boost levels you would need to hit. But theres always e85/meth injection hehehe, then you can crank the hell out of timing and boost

but for now with the 660s will i can reach my goal of 400 crank hp or i will need bigger like 1000s for a future water/meth kit( i only have 91 oct in my city and 94 octane is 600km away :barf: ) did the magnus WORTH the 300bucks vs the hp produce?
 
I would guess you can hit 35-40lbs min on the 660s. Its probably pushing it. Cant find the airflow chart right now. roughly 35lb/min would ideally give you 400 crankhp. Again, even using 91, or 93 for that matter, 1000s would be better down the road. They idle smooth and can flow quite a bit on pump gas. And if you cant get e85 then look into water/meth injection system. Its gonna make it a whole lot easier to hit your goals and surpass them.

If you CAN get e85 then dont mess with pump gas. Im telling you the difference is pretty wild. Its just like running race gas. If you can get e85 then get no less than 1600cc injectors. Again, its overkill at the moment but your wallet will thank you later.

well heres a link but youd have to do the math to find out what 91 would support. This chart shows max airflow for e85. I think you are in the safe zone with the 660s on pump though

double edit!: Rewire pump, if its not on your list. This is a great upgrade and has shown to flow fuel much better than stock wiring. Super cheap and really easy if your batteries in the trunk!

no e85 here too. so for a future water/meth injection kit i would need 1000.i read the link you gave me but i dont understand how to do the math with 91 octane without e85 but with water meth.and dsmlink v3 lite is not giving the option to run water meth i think its in the full package so i will keep the idea of w/meth for future internal upgrade(rod piston cam) with bigger turbo

how to set the quantity of wate/meth injected in the ecmlink v3 LITE ??

edit: i read a little about it and i dont need a progressive controller by load its better to activate the pump by egr solenoid

anyone have a idea how to set the good quantity of water/meth with this kit aem 30-3000
