After putting in the new ACT2100 and ACT exact light flywheel and brand new throwout bearing, my 3rd gear will go into gear but when I release the clutch, I will grind and pop out. I bled the clutch many times and did it correctly. I also notice the sqeeking noise when I press the cluch in. Can this be a bad throwout bearing? Can a bad throwout bearing cause the 3rd gear to pop out? Another posibility I've searched on here is a bad 3rd gear syncro. But if it's the syncro, why will I be able to shift to 3rd and pop out when the clutch is release? Thank you in advance for replying. :thumb:

I am assuming that you never had problems with it before? I don't see why the throw out bearing would just affect 3rd gear.

I did have the problem with it before the new clutch was put in but it only pop out of 3rd once in awhile. Now, I can't even get it to stay in 3rd gear for even a second once the clutch is release. More help, Please. :coy:

sounds like you should have overhualed it when it was out my friend :(
popping out of gear is an internal prob. bad hub and sleeve and or worn out shift rail pins.
