today my 3rd gear started to grind at high rpm but not while driving at slow rpm, i have like 300+ horses with a stock cluth 
i was thinking on put a new act and a lightweight flywheel but now this happened and im really pissed, only at high rpm, what could it be? also the other gears do not go in easily if i press the clutch really fast but do not grind at all, i think thats normal.
i really need your help guys.
