3k idle?

Okay so theres an older talon on craigslist and I want to know if it's a bad idea. It says it's got zero miles on the build and it's complete but he said he fired it up and can't get it to idle less than 3k. Worth the money?

Thanks, I know it's hard if you can't see it in person just any ideas or thoughts.

The idle problem it was the a leak in the tb and fiav in my case. Good luck!
