3k RPM's at idle

OK so i replaced one of the temp sensors that was bad was idleing fine for a couple days now when i start it up it idles at 3000 rpms then once it get to operating temp the idle bounces from 600 rpms to 1300 i was thinking mabey the iac but im not sure

check for vac leaks and/or possible boost leaks....something seems to be disconnected....

Do you have like a afc or management system? check that

Definitely check for boost leaks, and hook up a datalogger to see if you've got any codes or other dead sensors.

I recently bypassed my FIAV due to it failing, would keep my idle very high on start-up, and with it blocked I idle at 750 rock solid after warmup. I still use the ISC, as well.

i get like 10 psi vac at idle with it jumping around i know i have a boost leak but i know where it is and i just need to put a new clamp on it. one of my injector seals is leaking too when i did the boost leak test it leaked real bad out of the seal. and yes i have an afc and everything is sodered and all conections are good. One other thing how do you block off the FIAV? I have a logger too but how can i check to see if sensors are bad?

At the risk of sounding like a hick...did you check the good ol' BISS screw. When mine was out too far it did that stupid idle bounce you are talking about. And even if thats not 100% the problem, you may be able to adjust it enough to stop the bounce and have a decent idle all the time.

i adjusted it and i just put a new one in
