Ive searched for 3 hours and found ALOT of info but since everyones setup is a little different i decided to post. Im looking into DSMLink and im ditching the 2.5" turbo back for a 3" turbo back. From what ive been reading with the mods i have i should be nearing 300whp or at it. But im not LOL. The last time she was dynoed i got 242whp. Im running a Frank Jr. 19C, basically same as a big 16. They flow almost the same cfm.

My AFPR is also on its way to my door, something that should have been bought a few years ago. Compression test was fine, and no boost leaks. Im thinking with the 3" turbo back instead of 2.5 and the DSMLInk, when i get ahold of an eprom, will help a good bit. Also considering HKS 272's. Any thoughts or replies are greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
Timing would be really nice to see, what are your afr's? Also I would watch out for knowck/detonation which would make a logger something you might want to get.
 
That afr may be pushing it on pump. Im curious to see your timing graph. I would think at 20psi you should be more like 270-300whp at least. do you have a a front mount? I dont think your exhaust is an issue until 325whp. Cars have run 11s on 2.5" Im sure it would be worth something to upgrade to 3"
 
yeah a front mount interccoler will greatly help in getting more power ...also increase boost to 20psi add a down pipe ...port out the O2 housing ...those things should add some power. :talon:
 
Im running RC 550cc injectors, Ok my mods are as follows. Frank Jr.19C ported and clipped, all hard piping, 255lph pump, 550cc injectors, apexi S-AFC, NGK plugs (step colder) magnacore wires, Injen intake, Greddy FMIC, ported 02 housing, 2.5" TBE with a test pipe, ACT 2600, EGT gauge, AEM wideband 02, boost gauge, MBC, bigger TB elbow. All this at 20 psi. I just won a EPROM off ebay. So when that gets here its getting sent off to ecmtuning.
 
A buddy of mine with a Frank 19c went 12.8@108mph at 21psi with an almost identical setup as yours. What kinda injectors are you running?

This is what you need to know if you're on par with other setups. One particular dyno can read 50whp lower than another. A dyno is jsut a tuning tool; bragging rights for those that don't know any better :) . Get her to the track and get a trap speed. Get your weight. And then plug the information in here. This will give you an fair comparision across the board.
