3"o2 eliminator turbo-back exhaust question

I this a direct bolt on to a 1g and do I need a waste gate or anything else. Also, what is the benefit of eliminating the o2?

it does not eliminate the o2... all it does is incorporate the housing into the exhaust system so u have one less thing to bolt up, there is still a dump tube of some sort on the now one piece o2 housing and dp
