So this past saturday me and a few friends went to Atco in jersey for some cool weather racing in hopes of it being empty and getting some good times...at least for me it was empty, just seemed like everyone else was getting better times.

At atco you cant go around the water box, im sure it didnt help me the least bit. Last time there i ran my personal best with my cat still in and full interior minus spare of 13.9@98 w/ a 1.91 60' (68* out, 84 rel. hum.)

This time it was nice and cool out, i have everything out of my car, running same power mods as last time minus my cat this time.
46 degrees out, average hum. ~ 56

TIMES: 1/4 time, 60', 1/4 mph

Run 1- 14.1 , 1.93, 96.9
Run 2- 14.3 , 1.99, 95.1
Run 3- 14.07, 1.88, 94.8
Run 4- 14.1, 1.93, 96.6
Run 5- 14.04, 1.94, 97.4

The same day there was another 1g there that i didnt get a chance to talk about mods to, but the 2 times i saw him run he did 13.5@97 w/ 1.8, then again same @98 with a 1.91.:sosad: the kid w/ an STi i went with did a personal best of 12.7@105, compared to a last 13.2 @ 107...so it has to be me or the car or something. Ive got the 550's and 190 waiting to go in, just dont know how to tune.

it feels like im losing power (not losing but bogging/lose boost/slow to rebuild boost) btw my 2-3 and especially the annoying 3-4 shift i have to make for what seems like .00001 of the 1/4. ive tried launching higher, but then i spin, shifting differently, but i cant seem to get faster. I launch around 5k-55xx, shift ~ redline every gear, and hope for the best. any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks guys.:talon:
 
Going through the water box doesn't help you at all. That's why your cutting the 60's you are. You should be down into the 1.7s, that will make your ETs in the 13s for sure.

Also, I didn't go through your mod list but shifting at 7k is hurting you as well. Your not making power above 6500, especially on stock cams. The 16g is helping you but you should still be faster.

Have you done any logs to see if your knocking at all? That could be a key factor and having your timing pulled.
 
Im picking up a logger finally this week so i dont have to keep borrowing off friends, but ill try shifting around 6500...ive just always thought shift @ redline to keep the power up for the next shift.
