420A 2gNT Eclipse Non-Turbo Crank sensor

So I have manges to find out what is prevent my car from starting it turns out it is the wiring from the crank shaft I did a live data test and the computer is not seeing the engine turning over but I have no idea what it should look like when I check the wires for example should this wire show voltage or not and so on any with a 420A motor have any ideas.
