2G 2GA Fog lamp repair?

Hello! Do anyone know a good way to fix a shattered fog lamp? I wanted to make a cover on the front bumper.. what do you suggest?

I was going to say - 420 glass cleaner works miracles on the inside of the glass fog lamps... but that's not what this one needs.

Yeah, when i got my car, both lens we're shattered..
