2ga badge removal TALON

long time reader, first time poster
i recently acquired a 2ga talon to swap motors with my gst eclipse
(gst has blown motor)
but along with the motor i have found a few other things id like to carry over
that being the badges on the back
ive removed car badges before but these seem a little more tricky ecspecially the tail light TALON
doesn anyone have experience with removing these?

The 2ga tail light is different then the eclipse. The other badges are molded part of the bumper so you cant remove them. Whats wrong with the talon use it.

i know the tail lights are different
i was just wondering if the letters were removable?

I know the one on the light has been removed, there was a thread a while back...

They leters can be removed but will most likly leave glue behind or scratch the bumper paint in the process

i tought you could transfer the whole thing (lights). and you can trade the bumpers out too.

I don't think you would be able to keep the talon badges on an eclipse body.

When people do a talon to eclipse conversion, pretty much the whole rear end is swapped.

If memory serves me correctly, those talon letters are molded as part of the tail lights and thus cant be removed.

Im just night shading my whole rear setup.

just use the talon instead of the eclipse...i like the look of talons better personally

the talon on the tail lights can be removed but it's raised lettering, you can lightly sand the black off but i dunno if you can sand it flat.
