2ga awd talon gas light??

okay so my low gas light indicator is not lighting up at all. so i grounded the Yellow/w blue stripe wire to check the wiring and light and it lights up whenever i ground it. so what does that leave me to do to fix the gas light so it will light up. is it on the fuel sending unit now that i i have to take out to check the wiring there or what?

yea sorry about that my computer was acting up on me and wouldnt let me update the previous one i had posted.but yea thats where im at now. i just tested the yellow with blue stripe wire to check the wiring and light by grounding it and it does light up but im confused now as to ### to do to fix it if that part works
