I'm having a big problem with my handling on my 95 TSI AWD. I'll try to describe as best i can what's going on with it. Lets say I'm getting onto a left turning overpass, as the car turns left you can feel the pull of the car as it should, then it will all of a sudden give a quick wobble. Kinda feels like the car adjusted itself or something. Also if I'm going to pass another car, as i make the lane changes it will wobble. It will sometimes do it when I begin to decelerate on a off ramp. This thing is beginning to feel like a death trap. I'm looking at upgrading my suspension bushings. I use my car for mainly street use. Does anybody have any suggestions as to which kit i should use. My shocks are brand new and I also have front and rear strut bars installed. NEED HELP ASAP!

I'm going to get an alignment as soon as i get off work today. As for as my ball joints, i had them replaced 3 months ago. I don't have any clicking, clacking, banging, knocking noises like you would if they were bad.

Nope I took off my wheels yesterday and checked the hub nuts also. Put the wheels back on and torqued them down. This problem really is baffling the hell out of me. I've researched a good bit in the FAQ too.

Like i said, I'll be getting an alignment today. I really would like to do the bushings also, as i have the money for it right now. I was looking at the ES master kit but, does it come with everything i will need.

The alignment shop will definately tell you what I think it is....Tie rods, and tie rod ends? Could also potentially be bad swaybar end links. There are a lot of different things that could be wrong, best thing to do is just check it all out and see what looks worn or broken.

Thanks for the different opinions on what could potentially be wrong with my car. After i get it looked this evening, I'll post letting ya know what it is exactly. Thanks again guys.
Once I get the wobble fixed I will be upgrading my bushings. I still am not sure which kit to choose.

Mine did the same thing on stock wheels and a 225/45 tire. never did it on a lane change though. pushing it hard in a corner it would do it everytime

No need to be snapping at me bout using the search button. I've already looked at those tech articles/ forum postings. I have taking all the info read into great consideration. I've decided to go with the ES kit, do to the fact that it's more street friendly. It's just nice to have recent/ up to date opinions on parts. Thanks again guys for all the help.

You know for people just beginning to venture into the DSM world, this is a great website. :thumb:
