2g Radiator Core Support Replacement

I recently bought a 95 GST with some front-end damage. I need to replace the front Core Support that is spot welded and bolted, looks pretty straight forward, (drill out the spot welds). My question is how to remove the, Inner bumper brackets?
I’m not seeing any fasteners. If any one has any suggestion or tips on removing the Inner bumper brackets or Core Support, it would be greatly appreciated.

there are 2 bolts underneath the frame rail about 4-6 inches aways from the bumper bracket
