Hello I have a 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse 420a RS and the car has no spark. Engine was replaced and timing was changed/replaced. And I have already changed the cam/crank sensors. And even replaced another ECU but still I don't have any spark.

I'm already completely lost and hopeless. What could it be?

Check your coils, and whatever unit powers them. I'm not intimately familiar with the 420A engine specifically, but the 4G63 variant has an ignition power transistor that energizes the coils. If it's bad, unplugged, or whatever, engine will shut off and not deliver a spark.

The 420A uses a single ignition coil and wasted spark system. For a no spark issue your problem is either with the crankshaft position sensor, ECU, ignition coil, wiring or grounds. The crank trigger delivers a signal via the crankshaft position sensor to the ECU, then to the ignition coil. The camshaft position sensor only determines ignition timing and you would still have spark without it.

Since you've already thrown all those parts at it I would start testing the wiring harness and connectors.

Well I'm going to be honest with you. I haven't put a new ignition coil. But the one that the car has currently is the same one from the engine that is mounted. And it was running and working. I try putting the old ignition as well, but still no spark. But today I will buy a new one, maybe both went bad or some. Also the cam and crank both are receiving signal and working fine. I checked with a scantool/laptop. So wiring wouldn't be a problem here? Or there's other specific wiring I should be checking?

A blown engine fuse maybe? Mine went on me going down the highway one time cause the tiny wire connected to the small metal circle on the block popped out and was grounding against the block. Left a big black spot on that area. I still have no idea what that wire is for or what the small circle it goes inside is all about.

I really wish my fuses was blown. But I have already check all my fuses and they all good.
