2g gsx problems

Ok, I got my gsx about a week ago and everything was great. Well a couple of days ago the check engine light comes on and she starts acting funny. Doesn't pull as hard, blow off sounds a little different, revs like a mad man in first gear but doesn't pull like it should, has a little trouble starting when cold... Went to advance auto parts to get the check engine code and it says "P0505 idle control system malfunction, mant control vehicle speed, idle speed control, auxilary inputs" (that is what the guy at advance wrote down) any ideas on what is going on? I really don't like it when my baby doesn't act like she should

Its the IAC, it went bad. When it goes bad its hard to start like you said and it will make the car run in the rich condition so it wont be as fast, and it will bog before boost.
