2G GST with GSX brakes - Does stock spare tire fit?

I have a 99 GST and am in the process of installing GSX 2 piston brake calipers on the car. Does anyone here know if my stock spare tire would fit in case something happens? If it doesn't fit, should I even bother carrying it around just so that it fits the rear? Are the GSX spare tires different than the GSTs?

Well if you need to use the spare and for some reason it doesn't fit, why not just stick a wheel from the rear of the car up front (assuming you blew a front tire) and stick the spare in the back?

you shouldnt have a spare tire on the front wheels anyways... so it shouldnt have a prob. just put a rear one up front
