2g gst running to rich

theres a 97 gst spyder thats at the shop thats running to rich. its got 680's a walboro 255 20g external waste gate 3 inch apexi turbo back safc greddy type s vented back to the intake. it seems to be running on 3 cylinders,way to rich, and the safc says its always at 100% throttle. any clues on what could be wrong?

karman setting? 4cyl Arrow up on the s-afc? I guess, your best bet would be to post a log maybe

its set on 2cylinder and its been rewired to make sure all the connections are fine and it see's 100% throttle all the time
