2g eclipse running rich

good afternoon, i have a 2g with evo injectors, 16g Mitsu turbo, safc, and 3 inch exhaust. just got the car running today after the mods and notice on my aem wideband my car at idle around 900 is running rich. the aem wideband reads 11.0 at idle. what could be causing this problem, and what steps should i take to fix this issue.

Did you make adjustments on the SAFC for the larger injectors?

i didnt adjust the safc for larger injectors, not to sure on how to tune it yet. do you think that could be the issue
