So I got the SMIC installed nice and tight against the frame rails. Then installed the front bumper, it fit like a glove... Except the corner light issues (which I knew was possible).
Here's some pics...

The light is not going to fit with the stock light bulb installed. So I have an epic plan!
Cut them in half, at the lens and base seam. Grind all the bumps off the back of the gray base. File down the lens sides about 1mm to 2mm off.
Thats for the light case. For the electric part of it is some bread board from Radioshack, and surface mounted led's (thin square ones that are about 2mm thick). I'm cutting the bread board to fit perfect in the lens, and fitting the board with the max amount of led's.
For mounting, I'm using two to three bolts. Drill holes in the base, then use epoxy to hold them in there. For the bumper, drilling matching holes so the lights will be held in with a bolt and nut combo. To make them sit flush with the bumper, I plan on using dense weather stripping or even rubber weather stripping.
Once thats does epoxy the two hales back together and done.
Here's some starting pics of the light.

More to come with this!
Anyone that knows where to get close to 200 of these led's, Please let me know!
