Car has spark, wont start, without some starting fluid.

Alright after some research, It seems like the

2g's use the MFI relay for pump? which I can't find on my eclipse... This is my first 2g.

The fuel pump is under the passenger rear seat? Correct?

Is there a fuse???

Engine is blown, but I want to make it run, so that when I put another engine in, I don't go to worry about fuel.

UPDATE: I pulled the back seat off, the fuel pump is not turning, on and no power at the harness connector.

Well, while you have this all ripped apart, you should just rewire the fuel pump. only costs like $30, and gets you more fuel and consistency. that would allow you to know that its getting power and that the inline fuse is good?

Theres a Inline fuse???? You know that is a good idea, maybe I will do that, should just need, Relay, Fuse, some decent wire.
