Hi All,
I removed my EVAP lines, charcoal canister, connected stock one way check valve at the end of the EVAP hard pipe located under the battery tray, connected 8" vacuum hose to the end of the check valve and routed hose under the car. Once I started engine and ran it for about 10mins, pulled out of garage and noticed a trace of liquid which happened to be fuel coming out of that one way check valve with rate about 1 drop every 2seconds. I have about 3/4 of E85 in the tank and there is no pressure when I open a gas tank cap. I did add about 2 gallons of fuel from my 5 gallons canister, perhaps funnel did not get deep enough into the fuel tank pipe and let some fuel into the EVAP line? Tomorrow I will connect a vacuum pump and try to pump out whatever leftovers of fuel there may be in the EVAP line. If somebody ran into the same issue, let me know what the root cause was and how you resolved it.
Thanks.
