General 2G EPROM ECU Compatability?

I got my hands on a Eprom Ecu off a 95gst.. I hear it is compatible with my 97tsi, hence that is why I purchased it but I also, heard that I have to switch spark plug wires or something for it to work? I am looking to get it tuned for my setup as well, I know Jeff is currently not taking any new customers but if anyone can quickly tell me who the two guys were that can burn these things?

Jeff was the more popular one on here that i know of, not sure who the other one is. you can also try asking around in the Yahoo Forum dsm-ecu : DSM-ECU there might be someone on there that can hook you up as well.
