It's been two years since I started the 6 bolt swap (money and college put the project on hold) and now I'm just finishing up swapping in my rebuilt 6 bolt.
I eliminated the EGR system, AC, and Cruise Control.
I installed a FPR with new fuel lines so that also eliminated stuff.

I know I'm going to be left with some plugs that won't be hooked up to anything because of the eliminations, but I just want to make sure I'm not leaving something unhooked that should be.

I think this is the BCS. Do I even need it since I have a manual boost controller?
Also, what are these two plugs for? They both are able to plug into the BCS. Can I just leave them unplugged?

I don't think I need to hook up these three plugs. I removed the FPS, so the vacuum line now goes from the AFPR right to the intake manifold.

This yellow wire is on the alternator harness.
Also, what's with the wire that just makes a loop?

Not sure where these plugs and wire go.
I don't have any wires hooked up to the waterneck because none of the unhooked plugs fit the plugs on the waterneck.

I think this plug will be left unhooked.
(If the wiring around the intake manifold looks weird to you, it's because I ran it through the "pocket" inside the manifold. My non cruise throttle cable also goes under the manifold instead of on top.)

Thanks for the link. Not sure how I didn't come across it while I was searching.
I have a feeling I'm going to have some CEL's, but that doesn't really matter to me since this car's purpose is for racing only.
