Alright, so for the past month I've been having issues with my car which I thought was a mad air flow problem, but it isn't that, and now I have to give it has to keep the car running, which leads me to believe it's the cas, and I haven't been able to find much on the subject, I haven't done anything with running before, so I'm kind of hesitant to mess with base timing, and I was wondering the risks of replacing a cas if I have no experience with timing anything, and also if there may be a link that I just can't find on the subject, thanks!

like i said, when i start my car, i have to give it gas for it to continue running...;)

I have a spare one for sale if you need one

i have a bunch of green tops, so im good there, i just dont know how hard it would be to do it, ive read up on it, but i dont know if it can blow anything up if you do it wrong.

It isn't the cas if the car is running. You wouldn't have spark or fuel if it was bad. You likely have a boost leak, or a problem with the isc.

ive done a bunch of boost leak tests, and i dont have any more. so far as the isc, ill have to check the resistance, and see if its bad. thanks for the suggestion!

its not the isc, do you think it could be the biss o ring?? i just looked at it and it is very loose, loose enough i didnt use any preassure to loosen it, which kind of makes me think it could be that, im going to take it out to check the o ring, but idk if that could even cause my symptoms...
