My axles/wheel hubs were all rust welded together so bad that I couldn't get them off for the life of me. I tried sledge, CANS of pb blaster, acetelene torch, air impact driver, and a 3 prong puller. I've come to the conlcusion that it would be much easier to just replace the whole axle/hub assembly. Question is this:

Can I use any AT axle in my MT awd?

A search showed one post where someone said only the drivers side from an AT would work in an MT.

Any input?

I'm not an expert using the CAPS program, but it looks to me that they're different part numbers. I don't know whether they'd work though. I checked the front, were you referring to those or the rear?

I came across the same thing on a customer car. i backed the axle nut of put the cotter pin in and drove it to the store. Nothing change, so on the way back i dropped the clutch a couple of times and bingo when i got to the house it had broken lose. I don't recomend you do that to someone else's car but try it.It could save you money.
