2g 7 bolt timing cover longest bolt

Hello I'm putting a new timing cover onto my car since I didn't have one and the bolt kit I ordered has all the bolts but the only diagram I could find was for a 1g. The problem im having is the spot it says to put the longest bolt isn't right and it won't thread all the way. Does anyone know where this bolt would go for this engines timing cover?
