okay i just installed a 255hp walbro fuel pump and my question is
i had a bbk 255lph and it was pretty loud and i heard that the walbros are pretty good on noise it self but i dont hear nothing its almost like if its stock
i know the pump is working as my car does drive and turn on but i dont know if its a good thing to hear nothing or bad can anyone give me any thoughts to why:confused:

If I had one of those notoriously loud pumps, I'd constantly worry about it. Not used to that at all. I hear the Walbro 190 is louder than the 255 as well. Go figure. Oh well, you'll be fine. Quiet is the norm for them.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge or logger? If fuel pressure is correct, and it's not falling off in the upper rpms I'd say you'll be just fine. Some pumps are louder than others. I know all of my bbk pumps I've ever bought were walbro's with the bbk name on the package.

No i had a bbk255lph and with a different car and now i have a walbro 255hp
and yes i have a fuel pressure gauge and its good oh well i just dont wanna be screwed over and got a 190 or something other than i ordered if you know what i mean.
