Well my wheels are 17x8 with a +38 offset. My tires are some poop Wanili 245/45/17 Tires. Will these fit my 95 Fwd Talon? What modifications will need to be done if they do or do not fit. Thanks in advance.

Your clearance should be fine. I fit a 245/40/18 (with a 18"x9" wheel) on my fwd 2g, its close but it worked. The front will rub on the inner wheel-wells (plastic) - but clear. the issue with the back is clearing the control arm. Wheel well clearance will also depend on ride hight. With more than a 2" drop, I was rubbing on tight turns. And remember, every tire brand is sized a little different.

You will need to roll your rear fender flanges. Steering knuckle clearance should be fine with that offest.
