Im looking at getting a OEM crank for my other 98 eclipse and was wondering if 240 dollar shipped was a descent price for a 4G64 block

For an entire 4g64 block? That's not a bad price if it's in running condition. If it's damaged, the crank may also be damaged and need to be polished/cut. There's nothing wrong with cutting a .25-.50mm, but it can be pricey. Most machinist charge $10-20 per journal and then extra for things like cleaning, balancing, and scrubbing the oil galley.

What is vehicle is the engine block from? Be aware that many '00 and up 4g64 blocks won't bolt up to a DSM transmission.
