.... 2 years with 7 bolt and it walked right out the door!!!!!!!!!!

My 7 bolt crankwalked at 117k miles.... JUST i mean JUST got ECU+ to tune the car and took and left turn and clutch sticks..... getting worse and worse... I have a couple questions...

1) my 2g head has maybe 30k miles on it should I put that on the 6 bolt block or is the 1g head better
2) will my ecu+ work well with the 6 bolt it has options for the cam angle sensor
3)im guessing my NEW REBUILT tranny will bolt right on to that 6 bolt am i right (on that note any one looking to buy a 7bolt fidanza flywheel with 2k miles on it... or sell me a 6 bolt fidanza flywheel )
4) wahhhhhhhhh

Sucks to hear

1. Stock vs stock the 1g head is better, because it simply flows more. But after tons of research, you will find out a properly modified 2g head will flow better than a 1g head.
2. I am not sure.
3. You shouldn't have a problem installing your tranny onto the 6 bolt.
4. I feel your pain.

im going to use my head becasue its new rebuilt.... now my next option is ...... should I use 1g pistons or 2g pistons... im probably going to run a EVO III 16g on the motor and maybe make 350 hp... dunno if the powerful 1g pistons would hurt the spool of that or the streetable 2g pistons would die up top

I would go with the 2g piston 1g big rod combo. The wrist pin bore needs to be opened up and piston end of connecting rod needs to be clearanced i believe. 2g pistons are the powerful ones. not the 1g's. If your talking compression wise

1.stick with a 6bolt head.

3. you could try. but ive never seen it done, ive always been told they dont match up.
4.i feel your pain. my 96gst walked on me. now i have 90gsx.. love the AWD and 6bolt.

my .02... just pull the motor. sell what you can.. get a 6bolt.
