2 Short throw shifters anyone have any experience

I see us 1g guys now have 2 choices for a short shfter. one by Fidanza http://www.dsmparts.com/customer/product.php?productid=441&cat=20&page=1 and one by Pilot motorsports http://www.diamondstarmotorsport.com/drivelineparts.shtml. Both look identical to me. i was wondering if anybody had either of these and if they were worth the money to buy one.

You get what you pay for. I've got a B&M and it's been great to me and the other people I know that have one. I also know a bunch of people that have went in other directions and have had problems down the road. You don't want something like that breaking when you're driving...........

He doesn't have the B&M option with a 1G, and anyone who'd pass up the perfect $30 clone for a $150 B&M just may have pea gravel keeping their ears apart.

I know these are cheaper but as Defiant said us 1g guys dont get the option for a BM short shifters. i dont understand why BM wouldnt make one for the 1g's. Im sure the demand woiuld be huge for them. I know i wouldnt even mind ponying up the dough for a nice BM shifter.
