2.4 cirrus head on .020 over block

Will this work and is it able to handle boosting. This its my planed project for my new engine for rs

The short block will but you need to swap a dsm head on it. The cloud cars had a head with ports the same as a neon so the intake is up front.

The head won't work because it is reversed, but I believe spec for spec the head is the same performance wise.
