2.25" or 2.5" tubing???

I'm planning soon to create my customize FMIC using the johnnyrace core intercooler. My turbo is a FPT28 and I want to know what would be more efficient for me... Should I go 2.25" or 2.5" piping all around and I plan to do the shortest route possible too...

Go with 2.5" as you might want to upgrade your turbo in the future.

i think imma stay with the FPT28... my goal is just 300hp... daily driver.. nothing big.. still go with 2.5"?

you might want to rethink the t28, you think you have mad wheelspin in 1st now.....

id go with the t28 for a awd that wants lost of on the fly power and a 300hp goal. for fwd you want something that takes longer to spool, a 16g is more practical in this situation. i dont think there will be much of a difference between 2.25 and 2.5" piping.

Dual stage MBC.... I'll never consider trading my BIgT-28 for a any 16g. Now a t04e is a different story... hello t3/to4e 57trim!! if i had the $$.

Either size would work fine. You wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Just go with the 2.5". It'll make the motor bay look more tough. To be completely honest with you, I would use whichever is cheaper. They will perform the same.....
