ok i have been looking at this motor for a lond time now and i have a few? what trany would i need for a fwd that can hanlde 10,000 rpms and is it a good motor

Its a great motor for ones inthused by really high rpms and good torque. As far as the tranny is concerned a shep trans would do the job.

We are running a 2.1 destroker on one of the shop EVOs, and we will be running a Shep trans also. Becareful though, even with a built transmission, hi revving could still possibly damage the transmission if you are not careful.

OK i have decided to go with it but what else should i get with it like:fuel upgrades ,oil, oil filter, ignition ,and what kinda turbo setup would work good with this. about how much HP does this motor make about?
