2.0 with 2.4 head

was thinking about swaping out my 2.0 head with a 2.4 ltr head. will everything match up. Will it work without changing the block. I have a bent valve right now and was thinking about getting a 2.4 ltr head and just swaping it over. Any ideas. Thanks

The 2.0L n/t motors are a 420a, and the 2.4L n/t motors are a 4g64. They are not compatible.
