I recently installed a ACT 2600 with a ACT flywheel in my DSM. I put BG syncroshift II and a 1/4 extended clutch slave rod. I bleed the clutch. I adjusted the master cylinder rod out and installed roller blade bearings on my shifter cables.
My problem is that the transmission grinds 2nd gear at high RPM. Even when I bottom out the clutch and shift slowly the tranny still grinds. Another problem is reverse. When you first start the car it goes into reverse but when the car gets hot the car doesn't want to go into reverse. Please help me, grinding gears makes me wanna cry!!!
