I'm curious. The little 1g/2g comparison thread shows that the 1g motors (i'm assuming 6-bolt) has a larger, more freely flowing head. However, I often hear that people use the 2g head because it's more flowing. I'm getting confused. Also, when it comes to the head... is the 2g (95 and up with a 7-bolt) head the same as the 1g 7-bolt head or was it revised?

The 1g head is designed to flow more at the top end. The 2g is more mid-range and has smaller intake ports. Pretty much to match the t-2small.
