1st gear struggles

ok so when i go to take off in first gear it struggles like im trying to take off in 2nd or 3rd gear i just put a new clutch in and also a slave and master cylinder... When i push my clutch to the floor the clutch makes like a grinding idk if its really a grinding and when the clutch is out it dont make the sound... anyone help please i have no clue what to do....

This is a double post, but I'll try. Most likely an improperly installed throw out bearing. Did you replace it? If not, then likely it could be a bad throw out bearing. Especially if the clutch pedal when released makes the noise go away.
