Ok I have both a 6 bolt complete with car and I want to put it in my 2G. What all is needed to do this and what can I still use off of the 2G? Will the tranny bolt right up?

I have but they all dont have both complete cars right there. They all talk about finding a motor and getting parts. I just want to know what I need from the 1G to make it work in a 2G.

some one said to use the tbody off the 2g....i think what they meant to say was to use the tbody elbow(snorkle), ported to match the 1g tbody.
use all your 2g sensors, the starter off your 2g, and all theother stuff...
good luck
oh oh
and get this

www.dsmlink.com

that is the shitzu.......

Oh man, I really hope you aren't doing this swap yourself ...

dsmlink is nothing that you need to make your engine run ... its to fine tune and make it perform better. You only need it if you want to put out a lot of horsepower. You have more important things to worry about right now and you can add that anytime.

true but you also need it to eliminate Random missfire.....there is also the Pontentiometer but not the safest route. Dsmlink eliminates certain CELs or tells the ECU to stop checking for them.....
get it its worth every single penny....

I think what he meant to say is that with the 1g cas on a 2g head you'll get a CEL for missfires (but you won't accually get amissfire) even thought everyting is fine. But there is a fix as chaye pointed out, check out the site at the bottom it'll show you the fix.
